Another sad death occurring this week is that of the young child of Mr and Mrs. Archie Palmer, of Brookland Terrace, who passed away on Monday morning, and was buried at St. David's Churchyard on Thursday. The father is at present home from the Dardanelles, where he was recently wounded after only but two weeks fighting there. He should have returned on Wednesday but his leave was extended until today (Friday), on account of his bereavement.

Official information from the War Office has been received by Mrs Palmer the Brooklands that her husband, Private Archibald Palmer, who served with the colours for about eighteen months, is now missing. He leaves a wife and one child.
