Rhys Walter Powell
Rhys Walter Powell was a wireman in the Royal Navy aboard HMS Dundonald, and died in October 1944.
As can be seen from the Cwmtwrch War Memorial in Ebenezer Chapel he was generally known as Walter Powell, rather than going by Rhys.
